- Using outlook 2007 and with an IMAP email account some time generate an annoying error about "IMAP idle timeout error" especially when your email server is MDeamon.
- I google for some solutions, but most of them not successfully fix the error. However, doing by my self the following help to solve the problem:
Step 1: Turnoff the "IMAP NOOP and IDLE commands trigger 1 minute inactivity timeout" in MDeamon server settings
Step 2: From my point of view, this step is critically important. Update Office 2007 with SP1 and SP2
I just did it for some of my friend's PCs and cannot tell that this solution is a viable one. So if you follow this instruction, please give me some comment.
